This concoction was made when the peppers were fresh on the Iron Range in MN. Best if canned but sometimes frozen. Great on crackers. Show more

Directions

  1. Finely chop all peppers, parsely, celery, spinach and mushrooms.
  2. Brown beef and pork.
  3. Add ground Pepperoni .
  4. Add everything else to the pot and simmer 20-30 minutes until it is all cooked through.
  5. Can or Freeze.
