Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package  Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (7 ounce) can  chopped green chilies
  • 1  cup sour cream
  • 1 12 cups  shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Put hash browns in glass baking dish.
  2. in medium bowl mix soup, green chiles and sour cream together until blended, pour over potatoes. Season with garlic powder, seasonall and pepper.
  3. Bake covered at 375 for 45 minute remove cover, add cheese and put back in oven until cheese is brown. Let stand 5 minute then serve.
