Sour Cream Topping Cheese Cake

Ingredients
Crust
- 10 graham crackers
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
Filling
- 1 lb Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
Topping
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Make crust: press into round cake pan and refrigerate.
- Make filling: Beat until smooth and pour into crust.
- Bake 12 minute at. 375 deg. Cool 15 minute.
- Make topping: Pour over top and bake 6 minute at 475 deg. Let cool then.
- refrigerate.
