Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup minced onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt, to taste
- 1 (6 ounce) can French fried onion rings
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Mix potatoes, sour cream, onion, butter and salt; beat until fluffy.
- Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with onion rings. Bake 15 minutes.
