Sour Cream Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup clear Italian salad dressing
- 7 potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
- 3⁄4 cup sliced celery
- 1⁄2 cup green onions with top, sliced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons horseradish mustard
Directions
- Pour dressing over prepared potatoes and chill 2 hours.
- Add celery, onion and chopped egg whties. Add sieved egg yokes.
- Blend together mayonnaise, sour cream and celery seed.
- Fold inot potato mixture.
- Add salt to taste.
- Chill 2 hours before serving.
