Sour Cream Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream (do not use reduced fat)
- 1 1⁄2 cups chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in saucepan and whisk together over medium heat until well blended. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Cover and remove from heat. Serve over pork or chicken cutlets.
