Sour Cream Hamburgers

Ingredients

  • 2  lbs ground beef
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet  dry onion soup mix
  • 34 cup  dry breadcrumbs
  • 1  egg, beaten
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8  hamburger buns

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine all ingredients except for the buns, and form into 8 patties.
  2. Grill patties for 7 minutes on each side.
  3. Place patties on buns, and top with favorite toppings.
