Sour Cream Hamburgers

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1 (1 ounce) packet dry onion soup mix
- 3⁄4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 hamburger buns
Directions
- In a bowl combine all ingredients except for the buns, and form into 8 patties.
- Grill patties for 7 minutes on each side.
- Place patties on buns, and top with favorite toppings.
