Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream butter, add sugar gradually, beating until very light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Add flour, sifted with baking powder and salt.
- Combine topping ingredients separately.
- Pour about 1/3 of the batter into a well-greased, floured bundt pan or a 9" tube pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 of the topping mixture. Spoon in remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining topping.
- Bake about one hour.
