Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- powdered sugar
Directions
- Combine sour cream and eggs and beat well.
- Sift dry ingredients together, then add to egg mixture and stir lightly.
- Spread in lightly greased 8x8-in. pan.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot.
