Sour Cream & Chive Bread (bread Machine)

This bread smells heavenly when baking!

• Ready In: 2 hrs 5 mins
• Yields: 1 1/2 lb. loaf

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup milk
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 1⁄4 cup sour cream
• 2  tablespoons margarine
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 3  cups bread flour
• 1⁄8 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄4 cup chives, minced
• 2 1⁄4 teaspoons  yeast

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in order given into bread machine pan.
2. Select desired settings. I used the "rapid bake" function on my bread machine with good results.
3. Note: If your bread machine has a timer feature, it is recommended not to use it for this recipe.
