Sour Cream Biscuits

Yields: 10-12 biscuits
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb butter
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- melt butter and mix with flour and sour cream until blended.
- pour mixture into medium muffin tin about 2/3 of the way to allow for rising.
- bake at 350 degrees F until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
- batter will make about 10-12 biscuits.
