Sour Cream Banana Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine or 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups chocolate chips (optional) or 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
- 1. cream butter and sugar.
- 2. mix in eggs and vanilla.
- 3. mix dry ingredients and add to butter mixture.
- 4. add bananas, sour cream, and chocolate chips.
- 5. mix well.
- 6. bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick come out with crumbs on it.
