Sour Cream Bacon Chicken

This is another recipe from a dear, dear friend, Alicia Childs. She says "Oh yum; this recipe is so delicious. Bacon is wrapped around chicken breasts and cooked in your crockpot in a heavenly creamy sauce. Serve it with rice to soak up the sauce:.

• Yields: 1 pot

Ingredients

• 8  slices bacon
• 8  boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 2 (10 ounce) cans  roasted garlic  cream of mushroom soup
• 1  cup sour cream
• 1⁄2 cup flour

Directions

1. Wrap one slice of bacon around each boneless chicken breast and place in a 3-4 quart crockpot.
2. In medium bowl, combine condensed soups, sour cream, and flour and mix with wire whisk to blend. Pour over chicken.
3. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken and bacon are thoroughly cooked.
