Sour Cream and Vanilla Bread

Yields: 1 1/2 pound loaf
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 3 cups bread flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons yeast
Directions
- Place all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle.
- Remove baked bread from pan to cool on wire rack.
