Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 onion (Sliced)
- 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons ginger (minced)
- 1 chili (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 750 ml tomato juice
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1⁄3 cup red wine
- 1 large potato (cubed)
- 2 carrots (sliced)
- 1 cup soup mix
- 1 cup risoni (optional)
- 1⁄2 cup kidney bean (optional)
Directions
- Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add Onion, Garlic, Ginger & Chilli. Stir for 30 seconds and then add Mince. Use medium heat.
- Once the mince is mostly cooked, pour in the Tomato Juice and Paprika and stir through. Then add everything else except the Risoni.
- Cover and leave to cook through for as long as it takes, close to 30 minutes depending on how large your chunks of potato are.
- When the potatos are nearly cooked through, add the Risoni if you are going to.
- Wait until the Risoni is done and then serve.
- Enjoy.
