Ingredients
- 4 firm white fish fillets
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 45 g dry creamy chicken soup powder
- 1⁄2 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 1⁄3 cup parsley, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200.C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper, place fish on the tray & drizzle with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with soup mix and cheese, season with black pepper.
- Bake for 10 mins or until cheese melts & fish is cooked, sprinkle with parsley.
