Soupy Fish

Ingredients

  • 4  firm  white fish fillets
  • 13 cup lemon juice
  • 45  g  dry creamy  chicken soup powder
  • 12 cup  tasty cheese, grated
  • 13 cup parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200.C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper, place fish on the tray & drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle with soup mix and cheese, season with black pepper.
  4. Bake for 10 mins or until cheese melts & fish is cooked, sprinkle with parsley.
