Sooooo Easy Cream and Ham Pasta

We got a lot of leftover ham and Christmas cheese so I decided to cook this FOOL PROOF pasta dish which i found in a cook book. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 400  g  cook flat pasta or 400  g tagliatelle pasta noodles
• 125  g ham, cut into thin strips
• 1⁄4 cup butter
• 3⁄4 cup heavy cream
•  salt
•  white pepper
• 1⁄8 teaspoon  grated nutmeg
• 1⁄2 cup  freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
2. add ham and saute until cook about 5mins.
3. pour in cream and simmer until thickened.
4. season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
5. toss cook pasta to the pan until completely covered with the sauce.
6. sprinkle cheese and serve hot.
