Sonia's Rice Pilaf
Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Stir in rice.
- Add water& simmer.
- Cook with lid on for 20 mins until rice is cooked and water is reduced.
- Rice should be crunchy on the bottom.
- This is good served with a spicy meal as it is or if preferred add some extra spices of your own.
