Some Homemade Hot Chocolate Mixes

  • For Traditional Organic Hot Cocoa Mix

  • 1  cup  organic powdered milk
  • 14 cup  good quality organic cocoa powder
  • 12 cup  vanilla sugar
  • 1  pinch sea salt
  • For Spiced Organic Hot Cocoa Mix (use 1 recipe organic hot cocoa mix)

  • 1  teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1  teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1  teaspoon ginger
  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1  pinch sea salt
  • For Java Style with Almond(use 1 recipe organic hot cocoa mix)

  • 1 -2  tablespoon  organic instant coffee or 1 -2  tablespoon coffee, substitute
  • For Hot Mint Cocoa (use 1/4 cup organic hot cocoa mix)

  • 1  herbal mint tea bag
  • For Hot Almond Cocoa (use 1/4 cup organic hot cocoa mix)

  • 14 cup  traditional organic  hot cocoa mix
  • 1  almond flavored tea bag

Directions

  1. Mix 1: Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. To make hot cocoa, stir one cup boiling water into 1/4 cup mix.

  4. Mix #4: Fill one mug with the Traditional Hot Cocoa Mix. Add 1 cup boiling water and the mint tea bag. Steep for 1 to 3 minutes.
  5. Mix #5: Fill one mug with the Traditional Hot Cocoa Mix. Add 1 cup boiling water and the almond tea bag. Steep for 1 to 3 minutes.
