Somalian Crabmeat Stew

Ingredients
- 1 large onion (Chopped)
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lbs crabmeat
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes (Diced)
Directions
- Saute onions, curry powder, ginger, salt, and red pepper in oil for 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add crab and saute for 10 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
