Sole Frangelico

Ingredients
- 4 ounces grey sole fillets
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 tablespoons clarified butter
- 1 tablespoon frangelico liquor
- 2 teaspoons hazelnuts, toasted
Directions
- Mix flour, salt and pepper to gether.
- Dredge filets in seasoned flour.
- Heat a non stick skillet with butter.
- Saute filets for about 2 minutes on each side- this depends on the thickenss of the filets.
- Pour Frangelico over fish.
- Serve immediately garnishing with toasted nuts.
