Soft Tofu With Chilli & Spring Onion

Ingredients
- 250 g soft tofu, drained
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons coriander, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 80 ml peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- serve with rice or steamed greens
Directions
- Cut the tofu into cubes and put it on a heatproof plate.
- scatter the spring onion, chilli, corriander and soy sauce over the tofu.
- Put the oils into a small saucepan and heat until they are smoking.
- Then immediately pour the oils over the tofu.
