Soft Sugar Cookies

MMMMMmmmm.... Who doesn't love soft, chewy sugar cookies. These are made with sour cream.

Ingredients

• 1  cup butter
• 1  cup sugar
• 1  egg
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1  teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 3  cups flour

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream butter and sugar together.
3. Add egg and sour cream.
4. Blend soda and salt with flour and gradually incorporate into the egg mixture.
5. Chill for 1 hour.
6. Roll out to desired thickness.
7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
