Soft Egg Custard

Ingredients
- 0.5 (300 ml) can regular eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups hot water
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 eggs, slightly beten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine Eagle Brand, water and salt in top of double boiler; gradually stir in eggs.
- Cook over simmering water, stirring constantly, until mixture coats a spoon, about 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat at once. Cool quickly in a pan of cold water.
- Stir in vanilla. Pour into 4 dessert dishes. Chill.
