  1. Peel and grate the carrots.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend to a smooth dough.
  3. Roll the dough into a cylinder shape and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the dough into disks and place on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on baking racks.
