Soft and Fudgy Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 115 g butter
- 300 g caster sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 70 g flour
- 70 g cocoa
- 230 g dark chocolate, melted
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
- Mix the butter and sugar together until fluffy, then add vanilla.
- Gradually beat in the eggs.
- Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the mixture.
- Finally stir in the melted chocolate.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and lined baking tray and place in the oven at 160c for 20 minutes.
- Once cool, cut the brownies into individual portions and dust with icing sugar.
