Ingredients
- 1 head garlic, cloves skined
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Quarter peppers and onion. Add all ingredients in food processor or blender. Pulse or blend until pureed.
- For easy storage, freeze mixture in ice cube trays. Store cubes in freezer in a zip lock bag and use as needed.
