Soda Cracker Bars

This is my recipe for soda cracker bars. It is almost like some of the others posted except I use chocolate and butterscotch chips for the topping. I love the combination of them with the butter crunch toffee piece. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

• Serves: 24

Ingredients

• 1  cup butter
• 1  cup brown sugar
• 35  soda crackers
• 6  ounces chocolate chips
• 6  ounces  butterscotch chips

Directions

1. Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil.
2. Spread with cracker crumbs.
3. Boil butter and sugar for 3 minutes.
4. Spread over the crackers.
5. Bake for 5 minutes at 400.
6. Spread chips on top carefully,
7. As they melt, spread.
8. Enjoy.
