Snowy Day Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Directions
- Sauté onion and garlic and put in stock pot.
- Add the potatoes, vegetables, seasonings, chicken broth, soy sauce, water, sour cream,and cream of mushroom soup.
- Bring to a boil.
- While it's boiling, cook the chicken in some soy sauce.
- Add the noodles and chicken to the vegetable mixture.
- Cook on low for 15-20 minutes.
- Add more or less water depending on how much broth you want.
