Snowflake Angel Cookies

My youngest sister and I found this recipe years ago in a hunt for a new Christmas recipe to add to our "family favorites". It worked, because it has been a staple ever since on Christmas Cookie platters!

• Serves: 4-6
• Yields: 12 cookies

Ingredients

• 1  cup chocolate chips
• 1  cup  chopped pecans
• 1  cup powdered sugar
• 1  large  egg white

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Grease cookie sheet well.
3. Mix all four ingredients.
4. Drop on cookie sheet with plenty of space between each "snowflake".
5. Bake 6-8 minutes. Watch close as these can burn very quickly!
6. Let cool completely and enjoy!
