Snowball Cookies (Bisquick)

Good snowballs. Using Bisquick makes it easier and just as delicious.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.
  3. Stir in baking mix, chopped nuts and almond extract.
  4. Shape dough by level teaspoons into balls.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. (I still lightly spray cooking spray onto cookie sheets).
  6. Bake 12 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly before removing from sheets.
  8. Roll each ball in confectioners sugar while still warm.
