Snickerdoodle Dip

This simple treat puts the flavor of classic snickerdoodle cookies in dippable form. Serve with apple and pear slices. Adapted from Cooking Light

Ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup  packed brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
• 2  tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
• 8  ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
• 1⁄4 cup  plain non fat  Greek yogurt
• 3⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment; beat at medium speed until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.
