Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup mango
- 1⁄2 cup cranberries, fresh
- 1⁄2 cup spinach
- 1 carrot
- 1 Asian pear
- 1⁄4 cup oats, uncooked
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 3 ice cubes
Directions
- place all ingredients into the blender, except for the ice. blend until smooth, place ice cubes in blender and blend until smooth, serve.
