Snake Meat

Try not to panic. No snakes were harmed in the making of this recipe. This is really just a fresh vegetable starter that is served with tortilla chips or buttered toast points. I have no idea why this would be called snake meat, and I would rather not speculate. But it is refreshing and healthy. Good for summertime. Show more

Directions

  1. Dice all vegetables small.
  2. Toss all diced vegetables together in a medium bowl.
  3. Blend dressing ingredients together with a wire whisk in a small bowl.
  4. Pour dressing over vegetables and chill to marinate at least 4 hours.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or buttered toast points.
