Smurfetta's Crab Cakes

This is my recipe. I've used it for over 30 years. (Took about 10 to perfect). This recipe is very good if you add some lobster meat to it. Show more

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Make into 4 oz. patties.
  3. Coat with flour and fry in 1 inch of oil until golden brown.
  4. Serve with remoulade sauce.
