  1. Drain salmon.
  2. Beat cream cheese with lemon juice,milk, and dill weed with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in salmon and green onions until thoroughly combined.
  4. Season with liquid smoke to taste.
  5. Chill several hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.
