Smoky Negroni Cocktail

A twist on the classic Negroni that substitutes earthy, smokey mezcal for gin. If you enjoy the original Negroni, and have an adventurous palate, this cocktail will delight your taste buds.

Ingredients

• 1  ounce  mezcal
• 1  ounce sweet vermouth (Dolin preferred)
• 1  ounce  campari

Directions

1. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange twist.
