Made using Chipotles, smoked salt and cumin giving that yummy smokiness. The heat is also from the chipotles, fresh jalapenos, and ghost peppers so be warned its HOT! Make nice hot gifts! Show more

Yields: 4-5 1/2 pint jars

Directions

  1. place tomatoes, chilies, raisins, onion and garlic in a blender and puree.
  2. Add to a pot with rest of ingredients.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Pour into sterilized jars leaving 1/2 inch head space. Process for 10 minutes.
  5. Let flavors meld for a week or two.
