  1. preheat oven to 375.
  2. cook lasanga noodles according to package directions.
  3. Mix steak rub and ricotta.
  4. mix all other cheeses.
  5. drizzle some sauce over bottom of baking pan.
  6. add a layer of noodles, then layer with ricotta, then beef and all the other cheeses and sauce.
  7. keep layering until full.
  8. cover with foil and bake for thirty minutes.
  9. remove foil and bake for ten more minutes.
