Smokehouse Cauliflower Medley

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup butter or 1⁄4 cup margarine
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
- 1⁄4 lb bacon, cooked and cut into 1in pieces
- 2 ounces pimiento, drained
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- in a 3qt saucepan melt butter. stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.
- cover and cook over medium heat stirring until cauliflower is crispy tender.
- sprinkle with parsley.
- serve while hot.
