Smoked Venison Spread

Yields: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2  cups  smoked  venison, finely ground
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 2  teaspoons  garlic salt
  • 14 cup  Durkee's sauce, to taste
  • 14 cup  minced onion
  • 2  tablespoons  tiger sauce
  • 1  lemon, juice of

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and chill 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Serve on Melba toast.
