Smoked Sausage and Green Pepper Pasta

Ingredients
- 28 ounces smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Saute sauage, onion, peppers, and spinach until onions are translucent.
- Add broth and cream cheese, cut into chunks. Stir until cream cheese is melted.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
- Serve over pasta or rice.
