Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 2 large apples, cored and sliced
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup apple juice
Directions
- Cut sausage into 2 inch pieces.
- Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and mix well.
- Cover, and cook on low 1-3 hours, or until heated through and until apples are as tender as you like them.
