Smoked Salmon Spread With Scotch and Chives

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 lb smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons Scotch whisky
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon prepared white horseradish
- 1 dash cayenne
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or 2 tablespoons scallions
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until mixed.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
