  1. In a food processor, process sour cream, cream cheese, red onions, capers, lemon juice and salt until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add smoked salmon, dill and pepper to taste. Pulse until chopped and blended. Don’t over process. You want the salmon chopped, not pureed.
