Smoked Salmon Spread

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 small red onion, halved
- 2 tablespoons drained capers
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1⁄4 fresh dill
- fresh black pepper
Directions
- In a food processor, process sour cream, cream cheese, red onions, capers, lemon juice and salt until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Add smoked salmon, dill and pepper to taste. Pulse until chopped and blended. Don’t over process. You want the salmon chopped, not pureed.
