Smoked Salmon Pizza

This is really an appetizer. It is served cold. It is very tasty, and quick to make.

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 1  pizza crust, 12-inch pre baked
  • 14 cup  honey dijon mustard
  • 14 cup sour cream
  • 2  tablespoons  fresh dill, finely minced
  • 12 lb lox, thinly sliced (smoked salmon)
  • 12 red onion, thinly sliced & separated into rings
  • 1  tablespoon capers, well drained

Directions

  1. Mix mustard, sour cream and dill together.
  2. Spread on crust.
  3. Cover with salmon.
  4. Evenly place single layer of onion rings over salmon.
  5. Sprinkle with capers.
  6. Slice and enjoy.
