Smoked Salmon Mousse

Ingredients
- 8 ounces smoked salmon
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red lumpfish caviar
- black pepper
Directions
- In a food processor, process smoked salmon, cream and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold in lumpfish roe. Season with pepper.
