Smoked Salmon Mousse

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces cold smoked salmon
- 1⁄4 cup dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 teaspoon garlic, monced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
COATING
- 1⁄2 cup fresh chives, parsley or 1⁄2 cup dill, chopped
Directions
- Place all ingredients (except herbs for coating) in food processor and mix well.
- Remove and place on parchment paper; roll into a log and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- When you are ready to serve, remove mousse from parchment paper and roll in chopped herbs.
- Serve with your favorite crackers or crusty bread.
