Smoked Garlic Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 lbs salmon fillets
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Directions
- Prepare smoker for a 4-hour smoke.
- Wash salmon and place in a large smoker safe pan.
- Cover with all other ingredients and place in smoker for 4 hours.
- Remove and serve.
