Smashed Potatoes

Directions

  1. Place the potatoes, onion salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and stock in a lightly greased medium slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 ½ hours.
  3. Stir in the butter and milk.
  4. With a potato masher, gently crush the potato mixture until the butter has completely melted and the mixture is smashed.
  5. Stir and garnish with either crumbled bacon or snipped chives.
  6. Serve warm.
